NEGATOR NETWORK

Negator Network is Negative Ion based affordable automated centralized environment disinfection system for closed spaces that neutralize Covid-19 like viruses with the effect of Negative Ions.
Negators will be produced as per the ‘Make in India’ initiative backed by support from Govt. Of India. Cost of this system will be lower than any other systems available in the market due to low cost manufacturing under ‘Vocal for Local’ initiative backed by Govt. of India.

PROBLEM & SOLUTION

What is the challenge?

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. The virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or exhales. These droplets are too heavy to hang in the air, and quickly fall on floors or surfaces.    You can be infected by breathing in the virus if you are within close proximity of someone who has COVID-19, or by touching a contaminated surface and then your eyes, nose or mouth.    As the world is trying to come to terms with the ‘new normal’ after the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, there is a greater need for technologies that will equip us to protect ourselves. While working from home, social distancing and wearing masks become accepted social norms, the pandemic has brought the significance of cleaning and disinfecting to the fore. Regardless of when the lockdowns across the world are lifted or eased, it is evident that this health crisis has shaken people’s confidence and that there is an increased need for more effective tools and services to disinfect spaces around us.

What we have created?

Research and Studies have shown that Negative Ions are fairly effective in deactivating bacteria and virsuses. Negative Ions can break down the proteins on the cell wall of bacteria and viruses like Covid-19.The detergent property generated by the ion generator helps in the breakdown of the outer protein of the allergens, viruses, and bacteria, which helps in controlling airborne diseases. It increases the body's resistance to infections and harmful environmental factors. It also decomposes Dust, gaseous pollutants like Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen dioxide, and other different harmful Volatile Organic Compounds. So, Craftertech Solutions have developed ‘Negator’ – a Negative Ion Generator (Network based) system, that generates Negative Ions to fight airborne diseases. One hour of operation of the Ion generator machine reduces viral load within a room by 99.7 percent depending on room size. And this a ‘one time install and forget’ system that does not require further human intervention once you install the system band runs for months.
