ELECTRICAL NETWORKING

An electrical system, within the context of a building, is a network of conductors and equipment designed to carry, distribute and convert electrical power safely from the point of delivery or generation to the various loads around the building that consume the electrical energy.

ELECTRICAL NETWORKING, BMS, ELV SYSTEMS

In the Domain of Electrical Networking we provide perfectly efficient detailed designs that economize the use of electrical energy, minimize the initial investment but meet the necessary requirements of our clients. Our experts design electrical networks that ensure simplicity, reliability, sustainability, minimal environmental impact are cost effective.

Building Management System (BMS)

A building management system (BMS), otherwise known as a Building Automation System (BAS), is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building's mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems. The world is becoming smarter and greener by the implementation of high end automation systems. Building Management Systems leads to more optimized control of resources, high end security, and ease of access from anywhere. We are able to fill the industry requirements with qualified BMS technicians with our special drawing and planning skills.

Within BMS we also do designing of:

1. Energy Information Management Techniques - Energy Management Information Systems can enable significant energy savings, often with rapid payback. Businesses are continually learning how to apply these technologies which include advanced energy information systems, benchmarking and utility tracking tools, equipment-specific fault detection and diagnostic systems, automated system optimization, and building automation systems.

2. Environmental Control - In addition to architectural drawings, every project needs a number of environmental systems [plumbing, heating and ventilating, air-conditioning, and electrical], added to which are the life-safety systems [sprinklers, alarms, detectors, and others of a mechanical nature; e.g., telephones and pneumatic tubes]. The sequence in which these drawings are done has a different orientation than the architectural drawings. In these systems, drawings show the building, and the various room areas, as shells in which the various environmental system equipment and devices are located. The complete array of systems must be included and fully delineated

Extra Low Voltage Systems (ELV)

ELV stands for Extra Low Voltage systems. This includes all the systems in building which operate on low voltages like telephone, data transmission, LAN, WAN, CCTV, fire alarm, public address, master clock systems etc. Every building requires these kinds of systems.

We can help you integrate both BMS & ELV Systems for existing and new building – economically and efficiently. Our custom designing solutions will simplify facility management and help you achieve control over your energy costs.
